SHIPPING POLICY
At Savine The Label, we want your new pieces to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and what to expect after placing your order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside the United States, we are unable to fulfill your order.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80. For orders under $80, a flat shipping fee of $4.95 applies. All delivery times listed below are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-demand periods, new collection launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended by an additional 1 to 2 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment's progress.
Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. You can also track your order at any time through the "Track My Order" page on our website.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at info@savinethelabel.com.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it enters our fulfillment process promptly and may not be cancelled. However, if your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to assist with modifications such as size or color exchanges.
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@savinethelabel.com. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order is in processing, we will do our best to accommodate your request if it has not yet shipped.
Please carefully review your shipping address, selected items, and sizes before completing your purchase. Savine The Label is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery on every order, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to high order volume, carrier disruptions, severe weather conditions, federal holidays, or peak shopping seasons.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days before contacting us. If your order still has not arrived after this extended period, please reach out to our team and we will promptly investigate the matter.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order appears to be lost in transit, arrives damaged, or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@savinethelabel.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage to the product or packaging.
We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter and ensure a satisfactory resolution, which may include reshipment of the order or a full refund at our discretion.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
Please ensure that you have provided accurate and complete shipping information, including your full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code. Orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed package, or a refused delivery will be subject to a restocking and reshipment fee.
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email to arrange reshipment. The cost of reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Please note that deliveries to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery estimates.
