Orders
How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can not find it, reach out to us at info@savinethelabel.com and we will be happy to confirm your order for you.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely understand that sometimes plans change. However, once an order is placed it enters our fulfillment process right away and may not be cancelled. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do everything we can to help. Please reach out to us at info@savinethelabel.com as soon as possible.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the size, color, or shipping address for you. Just email us at info@savinethelabel.com with your order number and the changes you need. The sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of making it happen.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
We are really sorry about that, and we want to make it right. If you received the wrong size, color, or product, there is no need to send it back. Just email us at info@savinethelabel.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send the correct item at no cost to you, or issue a full refund if you prefer.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are so sorry to hear that. If your order arrived damaged, you do not need to return it. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@savinethelabel.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will take care of it right away with a free replacement or full refund.
My order was marked as delivered but I have not received it.
We understand how frustrating that must be. Please check around your home, with neighbors, or building management first. Also double-check the shipping address in your confirmation email. If you still can not locate the package, email us at info@savinethelabel.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier right away.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After that, estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days within the United States. During peak periods or new collection launches, processing may take an extra 1 to 2 days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80. For orders under $80, a flat rate of $4.95 applies. All delivery times are estimates based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. You can also visit our Track My Order page anytime.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States, including all 50 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We are working on bringing Savine to more places and will share updates through our newsletter.
My package has not arrived yet. What should I do?
We are sorry for the wait. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for possible carrier delays. If it still has not shown up after that, reach out to us at info@savinethelabel.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
Can you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! We are happy to ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Please keep in mind that deliveries to these addresses may take a bit longer than standard estimates.
My tracking number is not working. What do I do?
No worries. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If it still shows no updates after that, email us at info@savinethelabel.com and we will follow up for you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to love every piece. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all tags attached, and returned in original packaging. Returns require prior authorization via email. How do I start a return?
Simply email us at info@savinethelabel.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, the reason, and photos if applicable. Our team will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and the shipping address. Please do not send anything back before receiving approval.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, you do not need to return the item at all and we will take care of everything. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so your return is protected in transit.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your bank to reflect the credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and no restocking fees apply.
Can I get store credit instead of a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer store credit over a refund, just let us know. Store credit is issued to the email address on your order within 3 to 5 business days after your return is approved. It never expires and can be used on anything in our store.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We offer exchanges on all eligible items, including sale items, within 30 days of delivery. Email us at info@savinethelabel.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and items must meet the same condition requirements as standard returns.
Can I return a sale or discounted item?
Sale and discounted items are considered final sale, so returns and refunds are not available for these items. However, we do offer exchanges on sale items when possible. Email us at info@savinethelabel.com and we will do our best to help.
What items cannot be returned?
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered; items without original tags or packaging; items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care; sale or discounted items (exchanges may be available); and gift cards.
I received a damaged or wrong item. Do I need to return it?
Not at all. If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, there is no need to send it back. Just email us at info@savinethelabel.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will take care of the rest with a free replacement or full refund.
Product & Sizing
How do I find my size?
We want your Savine pieces to fit beautifully. Check out our Size Guide for detailed measurements across all sizes. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, comfortable fit. You are also welcome to email us your measurements and we will help you find the perfect match.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes XS through XL (US 0 through 16). We are actively working on expanding our size range and will share updates through our newsletter.
The color looks different from what I expected. Why?
We do our best to show colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations can happen due to screen settings, lighting, and display differences. These minor differences between the product images and the actual item are not considered a defect, though we completely understand it can be surprising.
How should I care for my Savine pieces?
We want your pieces to last. Always check the care label on your garment first. In general, we recommend washing on a cold gentle cycle, avoiding bleach, and air drying or tumble drying on low heat. Delicate fabrics like satin or chiffon are best hand washed or placed in a garment bag.
What materials are your products made from?
Materials vary by style and are listed on each product page. We work with a range of quality fabrics including satin, chiffon, cotton blends, and more. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out and we will be happy to share more details.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Your security is our priority. Our store uses SSL encryption and all transactions go through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. We never store your credit card details on our servers.
Do you offer buy now, pay later?
Yes! Options like Shop Pay Installments may be available at checkout depending on your order total. You will see all available payment plans on the checkout page.
How do I apply a discount code?
At checkout, enter your code in the "Discount Code" field and click "Apply." Your discount will be reflected in the order total right away. Please note that only one code can be used per order.
My payment was declined. What should I do?
We are sorry about that. Please double-check your card details (number, expiration, CVV, billing address) and make sure your card allows online purchases. You can also try a different payment method or reach out to your bank. If the issue continues, email us and we will do our best to help.
