RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Savine The Label, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you wear. If something doesn't work out, we're here to help. Please review the policy below for details on returns, refunds, exchanges, and non-returnable items.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Return requests made after this 30-day period will not be accepted. To be eligible, items must meet the condition requirements outlined below.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@savinethelabel.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos if applicable (e.g. for damaged or defective items)

Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, all items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free of marks, stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other scents
  • Returned in original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused. Items that are rejected will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Savine The Label reserves the right to determine whether returned items meet eligibility requirements.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Savine The Label is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Once your return request is approved, our team will provide you with the return address and detailed shipping instructions. Please retain your proof of postage and tracking number until your return has been fully processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • No restocking fees apply
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@savinethelabel.com.

Store Credit

Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be issued to the email address associated with your order within 3 to 5 business days after the return is received and approved. Store credit can be used on any product on our website and does not expire.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on all eligible items, including sale items, within 30 days of delivery. If you would like a different size or style, please email us at info@savinethelabel.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Items must meet the same condition requirements as standard returns. Once your return is received and approved, we will dispatch the replacement item.

Sale & Discounted Items

All items purchased at a discounted price, during a promotional event, or marked as sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund. Exchanges on sale items may be available. Please contact our team at info@savinethelabel.com to discuss your options.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care
  • Items purchased at a discounted or sale price (exchanges may be available)
  • Gift cards

These conditions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product pages and at checkout where applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@savinethelabel.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Our team will review your case and arrange a resolution, which may include:

  • A free replacement at no additional cost
  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for the full value of the item

Please note that the following do not qualify as defects:

  • Minor loose threads or slight variations common in garment construction
  • Slight color variations from product images due to screen display differences
  • Wear or damage caused after the item has been received
  • Items that do not fit due to incorrect size selection

Policy Abuse

Savine The Label reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases of suspected policy abuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent activity.

Changes to This Policy

Savine The Label reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately once published on our website. The most current version of this policy will always be available on this page.
